Return policy
At JOCOM, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you can benefit from our return or exchange policy under the following conditions:
Return Conditions:
1. Original Condition:
o Products must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging materials and accompanying tools.
o If packaging materials or accompanying tools are missing, up to 25% of the invoice value may be deducted.
2. Purchase Receipt:
o A stamped purchase receipt must be presented to complete the return, exchange, or repair process.
o Products must be accompanied by all accessories and additions.
3. Location:
o Returns are processed at the JOCOM warehouses where the purchase was made.
4. Required Documents:
o The original invoice and any related receipts must be presented.
5. Return Period:
o You can return or exchange products within 3 days from the date of the official invoice, except for software.
Exceptions:
• Used Goods:
o Used goods can only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect.
• Prices and Promotional Offers:
o Not subject to the general return policy.
• Promotional Materials:
o Promotional materials cannot be returned.
Refund Methods:
• Cash Purchases:
o The amount will be refunded in cash.
• Card Purchases:
o The amount will be refunded to the same card used for the purchase.
• Opened Goods:
o Opened goods can be returned within seven days, with a return fee that will be converted into store credit for use at JOCOM outlets.
Important Notes:
• Software and Applications:
o Excluded from the return policy.
• Product Inspection:
o All returned goods are subject to inspection before acceptance for return or exchange.
• JOCOM’s Right:
o JOCOM reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of products based on inspection results.
