Since its establishment in 1978, the JOCOM Service Department has been the cornerstone of Jordan Computer Trading Co. Our department has seen remarkable growth over the years,evolving from a team of two elite engineers (owners) to a robust team of over 25 certified technicians and engineers,each a specialist in various key product areas of our company.
Our team includes certified EPSON service engineers, ATM-certified service engineers (DN and NCR), and MICROSOFT support engineers, all dedicated to serving every region of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We are an authorized service center in Jordan for EPSON, DN ATMs, and KIOKs, as well as ViewSonic and Dahua projectors and screens, and we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
The JOCOM Service Department enhances the sales department by offering installation, maintenance, and support services across a wide range of products. Our comprehensive services cover ViewSonic and Dahua projectors and screens, all brands of EPSON products, including desktop printers, large format printers (LFPs), disc producers, POS printers, scanners, check scanners, and all types of EPSON projectors.
Additionally, we provide hardware and software installation, operation, and maintenance services for ATMs and KIOKs, as well as LAN and WAN network installation and administration. Our print management services cater to various types of enterprise printers.
